Mom's Day OutCRCC Mom’s Day Out is an extended ministry of Cedar Ridge Christian Church. Pre-school aged children are brought to the church facility for supervised learning and play activities that are conducted in a Christian atmosphere. Philosophy & GoalsWe believe that every child is a beautiful, unique creation of God. We believe that it is our responsibility and privilege to encourage the development of the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of each child and each family in a safe, Christian environment. We aim to enhance each child’s relationship with his or her family by providing a weekly getaway to remind parents that children are a reward from God, Psalm 127:3, and to help “...bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord” Ephesians 6:4. The goals of CRCC Mom’s Day Out are:
ScheduleTuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Please note: only authorized persons will be allowed to pick up your children. EnrollmentAll enrollment is on a first-come basis. Classes are limited, so enroll early. Enrollment forms are available in the CRCC office at the Preschool Check-in desk. Complete enrollment forms include the registration form, medical treatment form, and a copy of your child’s immunization records. Forms should be accompanied by an enrollment fee of $30 per child. Return your enrollment forms to Sabrina Beall or the CRCC office. Monthly TuitionMonthly tuition is $50 for 1 day a week, $100 for 2 days a week, or $150 for 3 days a week. There is a discount given for additional children enrolled. Tuition is due by the first Tuesday of the month. A late tuition fee of $1 per day will be assessed. There is no deduction in tuition for absences. However, we do appreciate being notified when your child will be absent. These fees are not tax-deductible contributions to CRCC. BirthdaysWe love celebrating birthdays at school! If you wish to provide special birthday treats, please let the teacher know in advance. IllnessChildren who, within the previous 24-hour period, show signs of illness such as: temperature (over 99º), acute cold, diarrhea, heavy nasal discharge, or constant cough, must stay home and will not be allowed in the classrooms. A parent will be asked to pick up the child should symptoms develop during the day. Teachers may not give medication. If your child takes medication on a regular basis (i.e. asthma medication), please feel free to come to school and give it to him/her. Inclement WeatherOur policy is to close when Broken Arrow Public Schools close due to bad weather. Check with the TV or radio news regarding closings. In the event we feel the need to close when BA Public Schools do not, it will be announced on KRMG/740 AM. Open Door PolicyParents are welcome to visit at any time. Please remember, however, that our first responsibility is to the children, and arrival/departure times are not the ideal times for lengthy conversations. We suggest you arrange a visit in advance with the teacher, to take place outside of class time. SuppliesSupply lists will be given to each class. Here are few items each class will require:
