Workdays are scheduled for the next several Saturdays as we approach the Coweta Campus launch date of April 1.
This Saturday, February 4, we will be painting the interior of the building, preparing the exterior for painting, and doing general carpentry tasks. We’ll begin at 8:30 a.m. – feel free to join us!

If you are considering placing membership or simply want more information about Cedar Ridge, plan to attend this Life Development Seminar. The class covers what we believe, what our purpose is, how our church is structured, and the benefits of membership.
This 101 class will be offered at the Broken Arrow Campus and the Sapulpa Campus on Sunday, February 26. Lunch will be provided (reservations required) and childcare will be available upon request. Sign up at the Men’s Ministry table, BA Campus, or contact Bryan Champ, Connections Minister, if you are interested in joining a men’s basketball league.
Games will begin at the end of February and will be played on Thursdays.

The leadership of Cedar Ridge is currently accepting applications for the position of Children’s Coordinator at the Sapulpa Campus. This part-time, week-end position coordinates volunteer activities for those serving in the Nursery – 5th grade classes on Sundays and Wednesdays in Sapulpa. If you are interested in applying for this position, please contact Robin Smith, Director of Operations.
Cedar Ridge Christian Church is pleased to announce the addition of new staff members, Ryan Fankhauser and Kari Featherngill.
Ryan Fankhauser will be serving as the Campus Minister for our Cedar Ridge Coweta Campus. Ryan graduated from Ozark Christian College and has been serving as a Youth Minister in the Broken Arrow area for the last 10 years. He and his wife, Julie, have 3 sons, Wyatt, Jackson and Cody.
Kari Featherngill has accepted the position of Preschool Director for Cedar Ridge. Kari is a graduate of Northeastern State University and has worked in our Kingdom Kids Week-day Preschool for several years. She and her husband, Jason, have been members of Cedar Ridge for over 3 years. They have three daughters, Audrey, Elyse, and Emili and one son, Nick.

Registration is now open for the mission trip to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, during Spring Break (March 17-24). This year, we have a special goal: to take 100 people & to build 8 homes! If you have participated in an Amor mission trip in the past, or if you’ve been thinking about trying it for the first time, this trip is for you!
The cost of this year’s trip is $250. Registration packets are available online at impactdriven.com (click on events, then scroll down to “Amor General Information” and “Participation Form”.) You can also pick up a registration packet in the Ridge Student Center (BA Campus). Complete the Individual Mission Trip Participation Form and a 2012 Cedar Ridge Christian Church Medical Release form. Turn in all forms and the registration fee by January 29th. **Please note: Passports are required to cross into Mexico for all travelers 16 years of age or older. Students who are under 16 can still use a birth certificate with a state issued picture ID. It currently takes 6-8 weeks to get a passport without paying a rush fee. Don’t delay; apply for your passport now! For additional passport information, please visit travel.state.gov.

Celebrate Recovery is a 12-Step Program ministering to those who struggle with hurts, hang ups, habits, and addictions. There is a Celebration Service from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the BA Campus Worship Center; Small Groups from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. More information available here.

Please sign up on Sunday’s Bulletin Communication Card or at the Welcome Center if you are interested in attending one of the new Wednesday night classes listed below. Classes will meet at the BA Campus every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Throughout 2012, Cedar Ridge Sapulpa will be helping to provide birthday blessings to 27 students at Lone Star School. Our goal is to provide each of these children with a birthday cake, party supplies, and a birthday gift.
How can you participate in this special project?
All items can be returned to the Birthday Blessings table in the lobby. One of our Sapulpa Campus journey groups will prepare and distribute the Birthday Blessings Kit to the school at the appropriate time.
