Upcoming “Marriage & Money” Workshop

Crown Financial Ministries has partnered with The Oklahoma Marriage Initiative to co-host this FREE event on Saturday, April 10. The workshop will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Agora Coffeehouse, 51st & Memorial in Tulsa. Seating is limited to 100 participants; register today by calling 1-877-435-8033.

Usher Training/Meeting March 21

A short meeting (about 15 minutes) will be held this Sunday, March 21st, at noon in the Fellowship Hall for all who have signed up to serve as Ushers at the BA Campus.

Women’s 25th Retreat Planning Meeting April 13

CRCC will host the 25th Annual Women’s Retreat this year on September 17 & 18 at the BA Campus. The message and music will be provided by Kathy Troccoli, award-winning singer, songwriter, speaker, and author.

Over 500 ladies are expected to attend and it will take many helping hands to prepare for this special event. All CRCC ladies are invited to attend our next planning meeting on April 13 in room 346, BA Campus. Your ideas and input will help to make the retreat a successful, uplifting event.

North American Christian Convention

“Beyond! Following Jesus to a Place You’ve Never Been”

The 2010 NACC will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.  The event starts at noon on Tuesday, July 6 and runs until noon on Friday, July 9.

  • Main sessions include guest presentations and a special “Family Night”
  • This year’s program is loaded with over 65 high-impact workshops
  • Several Bible studies that allow you to go deeper into God’s Word and BEYOND your expectations and limitations
  • Special Events featuring dynamic speakers such as Tony Dungy, Ben Merold, Don Wilson, Howard Brammer and 2010 NACC President, Ben Cachiaras.
  • Women’s Conference designed just for women includes workshops and a special program featuring Carol Kent
  • Student Convention with special student programs and a Tuesday night College Showcase
  • NACC Day Camp for children (birth – 5th grade)

Baptism 101 For Young Believers

March 21 & 28  9:00 a.m.  Kids Zone, BA Campus

For elementary aged children, the Baptism 101 class is designed to be fun and informative while showing what Baptism represents and what it means to have Jesus as Lord and Savior. Parents are invited to come to this 2-week class with their child. For more information, or to sign up for the class, please contact Micheal Byrd, Children’s Minister.

Spring Break Scheduling Changes

There will be no Wednesday Night Fellowship Meal on March 17 due to the Spring Break scheduled for area schools.  Several BA Campus Wednesday night classes are also observing this break.  These include:

  • Preschool and Elementary Journey Groups for Kids
  • Middle School Impact
  • High School Lighthouse
  • Excellent Wife class
  • Exemplary Husband class

If your class is not listed here, please check with the class leader to determine if you will be meeting on the 17th.  In addition, the following groups will not meet as indicated

  • HS Small Groups at 10:30 a.m. on March 14
  • MS Lighthouse at 6:00 p.m. on March 14 and March 21
  • High School Small Groups at 6:00 p.m. on March14 and March 21

Celebrate Recovery will meet on March 17 as regularly scheduled.

Building & Grounds Clean-Up and Repairs

Over the next couple weeks, we’ll be doing some clean-up and repairs of the buildings and grounds at the BA Campus. If you’re interested in helping out, please contact Rex Wilson.

Disaster Response Team Meeting March 25

The Disaster Response Team will meet on Thursday, March 25, at 7:00 p.m. in room 346, BA Campus.  If you haven’t attended a meeting in a while, or if you are considering joining us for the first time, we look forward to seeing you on the 25th. For more information, please contact Karen Bean.

Parent Child Dedication

baby dedication 2Sunday, April 11, at the beginning of the 10:30 a.m. Worship service. Sapulpa Campus Broken Arrow Campus

This special event is designed to celebrate and recognize our little ones and to allow parents to publicly make a commitment to raise their child in Biblical principle. The congregation, in turn, commits their support and responsibility in the spiritual growth of our children.

If you and your child (ages 2 & under) want to be involved, please register online by April 4. For more information contact Jasmine Wilson, Director of Preschool Ministry.

Cedar Ridge 101

If you are considering placing membership or simply want more information about Cedar Ridge, plan to attend this Life Development Seminar. The class covers what we believe, what our purpose is, how our church is structured, and the benefits of membership.

Classes will be offered at the Broken Arrow Campus and the Sapulpa Campus. Lunch will be provided (reservations required) and childcare will be available upon request. Be sure to RSVP online, on the Sunday Bulletin Communication Card or by calling the church office at 254-0621.
